Returns & Exchanges
Is there an item you would like to send back? No problem! You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Of course you can open your order, check the content and try it on, but make sure the products you return are unused and complete with original packaging & labels attached.
You only get your 100% refund if the products or items are unused and undamaged, with the original packaging and labeling. Please note that the returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly to prevent damaging. Refunds can take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
As well we set up a sustainable return program to upcycle used Knuffle items. You can send your used Knuffle item return (anytime you want) and receive 20% of your purchase price in return (as coupon).

Step 2: Put the items you want to return in the package together with the return form.

Make sure to cover the original sending label to avoid confusion.
Step 4: Send out the package by a carrier of your own choice. The costs of a returnshipment are for your own costs.
Can I exchange products?
Unfortunately, no. You will have to submit a new order online.
Damage or incorrect?
Every order that we send out is carefully inspected. In case you have received a damaged parcel or an incorrect item? Sorry to hear that! Please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com. We are happy to help!
If you want to cancel your order, this is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. You can then contact us by e-mail. Once we have confirmed the cancellation, the cancellation is final.
